Hello! I'm helping with the management for Fountain Court. I would like to clear the air a little bit about this property. We acquired it in 2016 and our previous manager Tom did a great job upgrading these units to the best of his ability. He allowed me to take over and we are still in process of adding amenities and upgrades! Hope we can collect more positive reviews in the future! NEW controlled Access, NEW security, New Gym (coming soon), New Pool, & New Management. (Just a glimpse of our 2/1 Large Kitchen Remodel)
DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY, YOUR VEHICLE, OR PEACE OF MIND!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE BASIC SLUM LORDS AND THIS IS GHETTO TYPE LIVING!!!! The laundry room is DISGUSTING!!!!! Always dirty, smells of mildew, the dryers always have stuck on gun in them, so if you work and need your uniform washed, GO ELSEWHERE to wash your clothes or you may have gum on them or the smell of mildew.
