Horrible customer service. They leave your dog in crates without care for them. I would leave NO STARS if possible. I spoke with Mari, who is the owner, even though she lied & stated she was only the manager. I brought my dog in for a grooming & deshedding- made sure it was okay that I picked my dog up after work (5PM) & was told it’d be no problem. 4 o’clock comes around & they’re blowing up my phone saying they close at 4, even though store hours are clearly until 8PM. Poor customer service. “Accidentally” shaved a double coated dog - careless. Any professional groomer knows not to do that or at least confirm with owner. How they handled situation made the whole situation worse.
Do not take your dogs to this location. My corgi was destroyed and shaved with out consent. They refused to apologize and when I went in to complain I was physically threatened by a Mexican groomer. Horrible customer service, they cannot be trusted. They have ruined my dogs coat for life and don’t care. My dog is in pain and so scared right now lord knows what else they did to him wrong.

I have a very sweet, but old dog with back issues. Oak Clips is aware of his condition and pay extra special attention to him. They know him by name, Mr. Chester, and take real good care of him.
I took my Shih Tzu this past Saturday. Took them nearly 4 hours. Only to pick my baby up & see her completely shaved! I specifically asked for a cute round bear cut to her face, not even close! Her hair around her ears are uneven, hair all over her face are uneven! I called to store Manager to inform them, they were not very apologetic! I pretty much paid for a complete shave, I could have probably done this at home for free! Never again, will I go to Oak Clips! Staff appear rude & very unhappy at this location

Horrible! Just picked up my dog and two of his nails are bleeding and he is bleeding between two toes. The receptionist called the manager and the manager told me the dog was fine. He was CLEARLY bleeding all over the counter and floor. I cannot believe they tried to deny it. DO NOT GO HERE!!
First time our dog has ever had the grinding done on his nails, so much better than clipping. His nails were nice and smooth, also I could tell they didn’t clip them too short. His Yorkie cut on his face made him look a bit like a meerkat, but the rest was nice. Smelled good. We also get our dog food there, they didn’t have his food in stock, so they ordered more. It was nice when we came in yesterday and our dogs food was there waiting for US!
