Dr. and PA is mean as hell and so is one of the lady s (and I use that term loosely) behind the window. Maybe they have a problem with black people. I am never taking my kids back there!
NEVER GOING BACK!I have seen her NP once she was nice but both times I saw Dr. Kanses she was unbelieveably rude. She spent almost no time with us and when I asked her a question she didnt even look at me nor was her answer helpful. She yelled at me when my baby had cradle cap. Im a first time parent Im still learning. I will disenourage anyone from going to her. VERY UNHAPPY with her bedside manner.
I have been going to this office for 6 Years. I love the fact that she is great with kids and provides great care.
