It started out great when my son was 2 years old now hes seven and my daughter is 2 we never see dr rafiq every visit is someone new ive waited for over 2 hrs before just to call my name to be seated in another waiting room as if I were in a hospital after two hrs i became fustrated and walked to the front to let someone know but they were all on lunch ...its nv clean and always smells the staff is rude sometimes and right now it seems like everyone is just all over the place and its been this way for about a year now so im ... read more
This place is run by a FAKE Doctor. This lady is not even a real doctor, she had to be looking in a book to figure out what my problem was. This visit was very disturbing and dangerous, I paid and left to see a real doctor. I wish I knew who polices this, because these fake doctors should not be operating anywhere in the US. Dr. and PA is mean as hell and so is one of the lady s (and I use that term loosely) behind the window. Maybe they have a problem with black people. I am never taking my kids back there!
Great doctor. Great office. Love the "sick" and "well" rooms separated. Really long wait times lately, even with appointment, but what doctors office isnt like that these days? I believe the rep said it was because a nearby office closed, and they were processing those extra patients. Otherwise, love Best Care Pediatric!
The first time I visited Mi Doctor they took too long to see me, but service was good,Dr and staff were caring. I went back today because I was not feeling well. They took for ever!! Im never going back. The doctors and staff were very unprofessional. Not HAPPY. It was a waste of my time.
Dr.Rafiq is great and so is his staff! I am so glad we have found them, their staff feels like family. They really do want to help you, and your family. The doctors ask how the parents are as well as this kids, they offer advice and help you cope with whatever you may be going through. They understand how sick children affect the whole family. Absolutely wonderful!
NEVER GOING BACK!I have seen her NP once she was nice but both times I saw Dr. Kanses she was unbelieveably rude. She spent almost no time with us and when I asked her a question she didnt even look at me nor was her answer helpful. She yelled at me when my baby had cradle cap. Im a first time parent Im still learning. I will disenourage anyone from going to her. VERY UNHAPPY with her bedside manner.
Are you kidding? Bad office design. We couldnt find our way in. We went in because we suspected head lice with our school age children. And what did the doctor do? NOTHING!! He said he didnt go to medical school to learn to check for head lice. What a joke! Best care? I strongly disagree.
I have been going to this office for 6 Years. I love the fact that she is great with kids and provides great care.
