Why have so many really good people been terminated or just left? It has to do with the head of the chamber and her side kick. A very dysfunction environment. Not a very professional place to work. Having worked there for 5 years I finally realized it was imperative, for my health and well being, to leave. This place is an HR nightmare! Keep checking their website and start counting the staff members that magically disappear.
