We came across Oak City Synscapes website and after reading the reviews on the drainage solutions Shiloh had offered his other clients we decided to set up an on-site meeting. Although our project was small in comparison to what Shiloh and his company normally does, he did not make us feel our project was insignificant or unimportant. He even went beyond the scope of work to add a little extra square footage to our artificial turf install at no charge! We could not be happier with our experience with Oak City Synscapes!!

Shiloh managed the whole process and was awesome to work with—super friendly, easy to communicate with, and really knew his stuff. He helped us pick the right turf and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. The crew did a great job too—quick, professional, and left everything super clean. Went had several quotes from other companies before we got a referral from a builder for Oak City Synscapes. Before meeting with Shiloh, we were still on the fence about whether to move forward with our project or not.
