Title: Terrible Experience Unfair Charges and Unsafe Living Conditions I do not recommend Oak Chase Apartments to anyone. My experience as a tenant was extremely disappointing and stressful.When I moved out, they withheld my entire security deposit of $1,721.90 and falsely claimed that I owed them an additional $2,028.10, bringing the total to over $3,750 in unexplained charges. I recently called to check of availablity of a 4 bedroom apartment. A spanish woman answered and said NO they have no availability. Then as I went to ask her if they had a waiting list....the woman hung up on me right in the middle of me speaking. For me...that speaks volumes. If this lady is that rude to just ask her about availability...then I would NOT put any trust in her being a decent employee and manaegent needs to fix that ASAP. The people that work there in that office represent those apartments and for her customer... read more

Management is very unconcerned about emergency needs in tenant apartments. They only have one maintenance man that can ficx a/c for 2 phases of apartments. They don't offer anything while the a/c is out. A/c beoken for a week almost two & no one has came too look at it. Management will shit their blinds, laugh, & disregard your phone calls.
