In what universe is someone charged over $600,000 (yes you heard that correctly 600 K) for an ACDF surgery? My C5 - C7 ACDF that was considered successful and “uncomplicated” costed over 600k whereas the national average is around 60k, 10% that amount. Make this make ANY sense.

The nurses, the people at the desk for checking in were absolutely wonderful. Very caring group of people. Thank you all. The anesthesiologist was rude and horrible. Asked me to put my arms up when I couldn't with my right arm due to my last surgery I have a frozen shoulder he told me there is no such thing and im going to have to deal with that they will be putting my arms up anyhow and that the doctor didn't know what he was talking about. I accidentally made a payment to Oak Brook Anesthesiology instead of Oak Brook Surgical. They were quick to cash the check, but now they’re not answering my calls or returning any of my voicemails. It’s been very frustrating trying to get in touch with someone to fix this mistake. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
