STAY AWAY. Look elsewhere. I had scheduled an appointment over the phone, but when I arrived, I was told there was no record of it. Even worse, the front desk staff couldn’t identify who had taken the call or offer any accountability. This phone call happened on Thursday, August 28 at 11:28 AM — it’s unacceptable that no one can track who was working at that time. To the management: please get your systems and communication in order.
Worst experience ever. Dr. Rubin only cares about TikTok engagement. Avoid at all costs.
If I had an allergy, I would pick this place. Dr. Rubin is smart, kind, and really cares about his patients. Thank you for everything that you do.
