Ever since my doctor moved to this medical center its been awful! i came in 10 mins late to my last appointment and the girl completely denied me as if i never wait more than 10 mins to see my doctor not to mention i had my kid with me. they accused me of no showing 3 times... meanwhile i wasted two trips to get bloodwork's only to be told they haven't received the fax. Also the amount of times they struggle to refill my prescriptions is comical. seems like they just wanted to get rid of me all together.
The staff for Dr Zaki is absolutely wonderful. She is always smiling and has fantastic customer service skills
If you're not interested to take walk-in ,just don't advertise it
