Wonderful service by everyone at this shop! My son’s bike tires were stolen while he was at school and he was devastated. Mark gave us a great deal on a used bike (which happened to be the exact same bike that my son had) to get him riding again right away. And it was significantly cheaper than purchasing new tires/wheels. They have our service for life. Thanks Mark!

Just picked up my first pair of clip in pedals and the guy who helped me was super chill and generous with his time and advice. Really appreciated the tutorial and although I left the store thinking there was no way I was going to use the clip in side of the pedal on the way home... I ended up getting in easily thanks to the advice he gave. Really happy with the shoes and will definitely be back when I decide to grab a more aggressive pair!
I wish I'd read the reviews before making a purchase here! Their website states prices for certain items but when you go into the store the prices are much higher. The "explanation" was that their website updated and they're suddenly out of stock on the items that were literally on their website up until they updated it. Yet it didn't say "out of stock" on their site. This is a classic case of bait and switch. Avoid this store. They don't deserve your business.
