Aside from the fantastic maintenance/work they do, I had a warranty issue which came with a hefty replacement cost on top of the frame warranty. OBB went way beyond what would be expected of any bike shop to help mitigate the costs and get me back riding. Can't express my appreciation enough to the whole service team, especially Curtis. This type of support is what makes life long customers. This type of service goes way beyond what is reasonably expected, but still they did it and I am very grateful.
My former fav local bike shop...Mixed reviews on the shop this time. I think it depends on the staff person you get. I have a trek and was prepared to buy another for my first road bike. Took one for a test drive as suggested by the one staff person. ready to buy after the test and the one staffer said there was "flexibility" on price for older model and to chat to the guys at the desk as he was headed for lunch.
