OBB is my go-to shop for MTB and road bike servicing. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, I've never been hit with any surprise extra costs, and my bikes are always running smoothly afterwards. They always seem to go above and beyond with their customer service!
Highly recommend Oak Bay Bicycles. I rented a road bike, its in super condition. Kyler from rental team was really responsive, helped me book it via chat and delivered the bike to my hotel.
Our son forgot his bike lock combo so we had to get the lock cut, unmounted and have a new lock fitted for his Trek bike. Mark was incredible helpful and assisted with installing my new basket for my Electra. Thank you Mark!
Had my new e-bike built at Oak Bay Bikes and picked up a few accessories while I was there. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I came back later for some adjustments, and they got everything sorted quickly and had us back on the road in no time. Great service all around!
