Above and beyond!! I only write reviews when a company is either really bad or really, really GREAT—and MD Restoration definitely falls into the second category. Their customer service, knowledge, and professionalism truly impressed me. We first used them for carpet cleaning, and the results were night and day—absolutely amazing. Absolutely abhorrent company, the owners have zero integrity. And Marco threatened me with legal action after his co-owner extorted me, I had to hire a process server because they refused to accept certified mail. After showing up to the court case, they were ill-prepared and unprofessional throughout the process. Despite having them losing, and I being awarded damages nobody within their company has paid aid the directed amount from the judge. I know Marcos’ company is called Hawaii Water Damage Restoration, but I wanted to let people know that he also does excellent reconstruction repairs too. Our home’s sewer pipes were all changed, which meant a bedroom, 2 bathrooms and half of our yard had to be dug up.
