yes but we recently needed help for barely little on our electric bill we have to have 233 by the 3rd or we get shut off we did pay 150 of it but we just got notice no funds available but I think they just don't want to help,now we face no power on the 3rd and with 3 boys as ages 5 to 12 and twin girls almost 2 yes old and no one else can help us cause no one else cares. 80 lousy dollars funds not available
