My experience at OAA was very good. Dr. Falatyn did an excellent job on my lower back fusion surgery. The staff along with Dr. Falatyn is very friendly and informative.
Dr.Falatyn and his team were GREAT ! Their are no words that can describe my satisfaction with Dr Falatyn. His demeanor and professional care was something I hope all patients can experience. I highly recommend Dr Falatyn to all my friends and associates. My OAA experience has been very nice.
Efficient, organized and successful. Dr. Weis was great. I'd seen him several years ago for an unrelated hand issue so it was like seeing an old friend.
This doctor is so rude & judgmental. I went to him for 2nd opinion for my workers comp case & he called me a liar when I have documentation stating I was injured at work...really what a jerk
Its funny how people view things differently. I called and actually spoke to a person after the second ring. Took information, and had an appointment within a few days. Was greeted and provided feedback by front desk, saw physician after waiting 10 minutes. Had thorough exam and had x-ray same day without having to schedule one and pay another co-pay. Treated professionally and efficiently. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else in the Valley.
Customer Service is horrible! I am hospital nurse and if we treated our patients like that, they would never want to come back. I have been waiting for over 7 1/2 months for my knee injections (due at 6 months). First they claimed they didn't have insurance approval. I called insurance company, they gave me the date it was approved. Called back OAA. Now the excuse was the drug for the injection hadn't been sent from specialty pharmacy. Called specialty pharmacy. Dr McDaid & Dr Seethramen- great docs. Rest of the practice - awful. Treated terribly by Lawrence Weiss after cast removal, also very unprofessional behavior from others in the office. I will never go back and I will never recommend them to friends or family.
I was sent to OAA by my family doctor because my right knee was causing me daily pain and would swell anytime I exercised. My appointment was with Dr. Laura Dunne. I told her about the daily pain, the crunching sound it makes when I go up the stairs, and showed her how swollen it was from exercising that morning. She told me I had to strengthen my core. This is the worst place Ever, Nor sure if anyone cares about a human being? Diagnosis of nothing, more pain, caused even more pain left me for dead then tried to collect money even though they caused more severe pain. What is wrong Dr. Palumbo ? Terrible place If a Dr can't figure simple things out what are you doing there.
