Excellent experience! O5 was almost half the price of what another company quoted me, with much better service and quality of work. They replaced a water softener and did some work on my water heater. Adam was honest from start to finish. He explained the options clearly and never tried to upsell or add unnecessary work to the bill. No pressure, no unnecessary recommendations, and no attempts to inflate the cost. I highly recommend them.
We were very happy with the service we received from o5 Plumbing. They were here to replace the PRV valve for our home. Their price was reasonable, they arrived on time, and our plumber, Nelson, was professional and polite. The job took a bit longer than expected because he needed to go purchase a part to complete the job, but he explained the situation and quickly returned. Called these guys from WA to help my Mother in law..they went out immediately and assessed the situation and gave us an estimate. Very impressed by their communication...highly recommend them.
The technician arrived on time, did the job quickly and with care. He cleaned up and explained details about the job. I will be calling them back for future projects.
