I had a wonderful facial by Soey! It was so relaxing and the space was very clean. I will be back!
They asking for tips,,, its our choice atleast we pay for service,,, then why they ask for tips , i don't understand bad experience
when you call to make an appointment they ask you to not participate in Groupon and tell you that they will match the price when you get there , then not only add tax in addition to the Groupon price but also harass you for excessive tips . I tipped them $10 and it was still not enough and they embarrassed themselves and me in front other people for more tip. Going to take my business elsewhere!
5 stars for service and atmosphere. First time here it was my birthday. My son treated me and he went as well. We really enjoyed the facials. It was clean and relaxing. Just a little pushy when it was time to pay about getting a package. When someone says they can commit to something that’s it. I did too them 20$ each which I’m sure they were not expecting. Otherwise highly recommend. Will return.
Massage was decent, but I’ve never heard of a place that requires a $10 minimum tip for 1 hour worth of service. It would’ve been nice to have been told that prior to my services. It seemed only as if when I turned down the $200 package offer, was when that “policy” became a thing to mention. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
