The classes at this location are good. However there cancelation policy is not good. My contract ended for work and I was forced look else where for work that was not close. This happened to me twice and with there policy I had to pay a cancelation fee that was pretty expensive both times. I found that there was no care or value to me being there after attending another gym that had amazing classes. When I had to leave the cancellation fee was waived do to me losing my position. I booked my class through ClassPass TWICE. I showed up 15 mins early and come to class time, NOBODY IS HERE. It’s really frustrating because my time is being wasted. That being said, if anybody registers through ClassPass, maybe give them a call before showing up and wasting your time. I still want to try out the place so I will update my review once I finally get to try it out. However, please O2, if you’re reading this, check your system with ClassPass.
