Fantastic gym I have been an O2 fitness member since the opening in Cary. I can't say enough good things about it but I would like to say that the staff is very friendly and helpful; ALWAYS. With the move to the new location, it is even closer to my home which makes it more convenient for Cary residents and offers more that I got at the old location for no additional fees. Thanks O2, keep doing what you are doing.
New Fitness Center This is a new fitnes center in Cary. I went there and I was very impressed with the setup and all the equipment. This place is very nice. Their rates are very reasonable and I would recommend this gym.
Be aware Member at O2 for years but I second the review from above - don't sign the contract! Good people but poor customer management.
Carolina Fitness is the worst gym I've even been a member of!!!! I've never been a member of an establishment that has management as bad as Carolina Fitness. Althoughthe services provided are pretty below average, this is not the issue. The issue comes when trying to cancel your membership. Their contract is full of fine print that makes it pretty much impossible to cancel the membership without dying or moving to another country. excellent affordable gym for those who want a workout I have been going to this gym for over 10 years. Started when it was Gold's Gym. It has definitely had some bad moments, but currently the owners are great, and the equipment is in good repair. The Body Pump, Body Attack, pilates, yoga, and spinning classes are all excellent--I haven't tried the others. We treat each client with respect and our cardio machines almost are always working.
