Spoke with Andrew mid-Oct after my father passed away. Was told they would purchase his Inogen oxygen concentrator after evaluating it. Unit was shipped and delivered on Oct 24. Have not received any communication from that point. Calls immediately go to a recorded message and emails are not returned.
Been trying to get a concentrator we purchased in July 2023 fixed (it heats up after 2 hours and yes, it's properly ventilated)...since December 19, 2023....BUT NOTHING!! Owner says he has to process work order directly with Inogen...butnothing!
Sent them two portable o2 concentrators. They said they'd evaluate and purchase from me. It's been weeks and I've heard nothing. They don't answer the phone. They don't return phone calls. They don't respond to emails. Their "chat" on their website says there's no-one to help. So be careful dealing with this company.......do your research.

Andrew was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained to us everything in details about the breathing machine. He even delivered it himself to my house. He came by twice to help when we needed him helping us fix another machine that my mom uses. Excellent customer service Andrew. We appreciate you. I highly recommend Andrew.
