O Yoga has literally changed my life! It has given my husband and me a workout we can do together. Our whole family goes to yoga when the kids are in the Cuse. It has created some wonderful friendships and bettered my overall outlook. Looking forward to pulling double sessions during summer vacation!!

I have been going to O Yoga for 4.5 years and it is the best yoga studio in Syracuse area!!! Zen atmosphere and a great variety of class styles/music, morning/lunch/evening class times and super knowledgeable and friendly instructors. I'm recovering from ACL reconstruction surgery and yoga has been the perfect combination to add with my strength and conditioning training. Come check out a class at O Yoga, you will definitely sleep deep after Hip Hop Yoga on Monday nights!!!

I am so happy O yoga is here in Syracuse. After moving back, I was apprehensive about finding a studio where I would be able to continue growing in my practice - and I was able to find just that, celebrating 5 years as a student at O yoga. Class is fun and whether you are looking to get in shape or decompress from stress, or both, there is a class for you.
