2 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality 2 Star : Customer Service O. W. Mackey was very helpful the first time, but once the work of the bumper was done. It was not done well. The right side of the bumper on the driver side was not smooth and did not match the other side of the bumper. Also, the employer did not walk out to show me the finish work. I had to look it on my own and saw that the bumper was not done well. He did apologize and got it done the very next day.
