I did not buy my OW Lee fire pit at this location, but even though 2 weeks old, I had countless issues with it. I briefly spoke with Brenda who is in mgmt just under the owners at OW Lee. She told me to return it for a refund. Very short. Very rude. I left 2 more messages for her and she didn’t call me back. I even emailed for an owner of OW Lee to contact me, with no return call.
