"I took my vehicle to O & T autocare for routine maintenance and oil change and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and transparent about the pricing from the start. They completed the work quickly without trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. Paid for brake pads from O’Reillys which happened to be the wrong brake pads, found out that they didn’t have the brakes I needed in stock would have to drive down town to get them and it was already after 5pm. The guys here found the correct brake pads I needed and had someone bring them right over. They stayed open later just to get me brakes done. I definitely was pleased it was so fast once they got the brakes and they even charged me a lot less then the brakes I paid for from O’Reilly’s. And he let me know my strut was ... read more
