Very disappointed. We've been several times in the past and really enjoyed their food. We were just turned away as the restaurant opened because they stated they were booked solid with reservations. We explained we drove over 3 hours from another state to visit and the hostess went to get a manager. When the manager came back, there wasn't even an attempt to accommodate us considering the restaurant was empty, and his response was very blunt and matter of fact- there wasn't even an attempt to humor us, no true apology, etc. ... read more
Horrible experience on what was a celebratory evening. The worst server ever...25 minutes to get a cocktail from the bar...oysters rockerfeller appetizer served cold and congealed. Steaks were cooked fine but sides were tasting like leftovers...old baked potato and lukewarm fries. Creamed corn was really good. Overall a huge disappointment for dropping a lot of cash.

Visited O Steaks from MA for our anniversary. We were promptly seated in a lovely booth. Our servers name was Allie, she was wonderful. The scallop special and pot sticker apps were delicious. I ordered filet mignon with lobster Oscar. My husband had shrimp scampi pesto. My filet was perfectly cooked. The lobster Oscar was an additional $21 and not worth it.
