The service was great and the staff was very courteous and on point with everything.
The place looks nothing like the website or posted pictures.
Great experience. Very cozy and clean.
I went to their old Brooklyn location and now their new Brooklyn location. They seem to be sharing the space with a mobile phone service which is a little off-putting. That being said my facial was wonderful. My skin is so soft and clean. This isn’t quite a spa but for what I paid for the Groupon facial I’m beyond satisfied. I’d prefer an amazing facial with a so so space than a pricey luxurious spa and a mediocre experience. I want to return ASAP.
