We had an issue with the bathroom floor collapsing in the main bathroom in our house 3 years ago. O So Kleen gutted and restored the bathroom. I liked them but the plumber they used was atrocious. Two years later the bathroom floor is caving in exactly in the exact same place and manner. When I called to find out if O So Kleen would honor the warranty, the woman who answered the phone told me they only warranty their work for six months. We always offer a 1 year warranty and it is also a requirement by the State of Oregon. Beyond that we have an in-house warranty that extends up to 5 years. We had a leak in our basement, for the third time in twenty years, and each time we called O So Kleen. Each time we have found them to respond quickly and they are very professional and thorough. These guys really went above and beyond, as they had to move a 500 pound safe in order to remove the carpet underneath it. They had to box up tons of stuff and never complained once.. I . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Great job guys, and ladies.

Brought wrong equipment and defective equipment for the job requested. Then sent a bill after owner said he would take care of it. Now threatened with being turned into collections. Should be written up as a negative 10.

Took two soft area rugs in on Tuesday for a cleaning. I was worried about having them cleaned because the rugs were spendy but was so impressed with the outcome! Great price too. We will definitely continue using O So Kleen!
