My fiancé set an appointment july 6, it was scheduled during covid season, he called june 15th. July 1 they sent an email telling him that the spa has finally opened, he then called to confirm his appointment and then they said they have to re-schedule July 13 because theres no available nurse, our wedding is on the 19th. We made sure to have an appointment a month ahead because its a procedure that will leave marks on your face for at least 7 days, but O skin care+ spa failed us. SMH

Everything is superb: place,service, staff, products etc. Love coming to this place to pamper myself, deluxe service, top of the line products.
