Fantastic customer service! Prices beat the other guys for the same boat. And this guy Vince, he truly is obsessed with kayaking and it shows! He couldn’t wait to get us on the water. I was so impressed with this O-Sea-D operation, prices, and customer service that I bought 3 kayaks on the spot!!! My first experience with O-Sea-D was at one of their Demo Days. I was allowed to try several different kayaks and even a stand up paddle board. Vince and Dan were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I ran into them 2 weeks later at the Paddle Festival and I was amazed that they remembered me by name! Last weekend I joined them on a fantastic kayak group paddle on Alligator Creek and had a blast.
