First time with Ofra and definitely not the last. She did a great job with my hair. She was very welcoming and understood my needs. Highly recommend her.
Orfa is the best!! I’m from San Antonio visiting Harlingen and I needed a haircut so I took a chance at the O salon in Harlingen TX. Orfa is caring, patient, and takes her time and not rushing. I recommend her very highly you won’t be disappointed. I love my haircut and so does my husband!
