Back in January of 2025, a pipe behind my toilet upstairs burst and shot out water for about 12 hours before I got home from work. It was the most devastating sight I had ever seen. This is absolutely one of the most terrible companies to go with in this area. I’m not sure if it’s because I live in an older home or if they saw it as an opportunity to take advantage of me for a quick buck, but whatever it may be, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. I had them come out for a water issue and ever since they did their repairs I’ve found nothing but problems. Like with our first experience with OR Construction, the second was excellent! ORC completed repairs to our home after water damage resulting from plumbing issues. The tradesman were once again excellent, easy to work with , conscientious, dutiful, and above all, exhibited great pride in their work! I highly recommend ORC…..Thank you for the exceptional service!
