The owners agreed to work on a project and provided quotes for a small production run of lost wax castings. They exhibited poor communication skills throughout the process and then eventually did not respond at all. They wasted company time and resources and ultimately delayed the schedule of a project. Finally they kept the mold negatives which we supplied them without compensation.
