Unfortunately, they left me in a more confusing situation than before I reached out to them. They don’t have clear expectations and they don’t outline processes. They will ask for your banking information long before they ever get you on the telephone. I had to make a correction on some documents and they sent the wrong documents back. I called the office to speak with a paralegal and left a voicemail and never heard back. This just doesn’t seem like an outfit that has people’s best interest at hand.
Very disorganized and disrespectful of people's time. I had an appointment at 3:00pm. At 1:35pm, Kayla called to remind me of my appointment and ask if I wanted to reschedule. I missed her call and tried to call her back at 1:40, but was sent to voicemail. I tried to reach out again at 3:00pm, but was again sent to voicemail and left a message. At 3:18pm, I received a call letting me know Kayla was running behind and would call me in 35 minutes (at about 4:00 pm). I received no further contact, and am now posting this review... read more
