I ordered takeout The "O Burger" and fries. The burger should have bacon ,it did not . Fries were COLD and SOGGY. I called to discuss this when I got home. The bartender answered and was courteous and sympathetic. He tried to get the owner to come to the phone . The owner refused to do so.
