Initially the roof replacement went as promised. A few weeks after installation, a leak was discovered. A team was went out and after 5 minutes on the roof, they left. I was told that some flashing needed to be adhered and that the problem was fixed. A few more weeks go by and the leak is still present. After calling 9 days ago and multiple times, a team was supposed to be sent out yesterday to investigate. They were a no show/no call. The initial roof installation was done well. But two years later, I had a problem that caused interior damage. The external damage was repaired, but they had no one to do the interior repair. They told me to hire my own contractor and submit the bill. I submitted the bill which was only $500 and two months later I am still asking for my money back. They keep telling me they don’t have control over when the check gets sent.

Definitely recommend. Every single person was easy to deal with. Ismail, the roof inspector, was exceptional, stopping by and explaining the entire process and all our options. The project was scheduled quickly and Will did an awesome job overseeing it. The crew arrived early, did everything they said they would, and cleaned up perfectly. If not for the new roof, you wouldn't know they were here.
