I would not recommend these guys at all. I hired O & L to replace the subfloor throughout the upstairs of my house. Prior to starting the job I explained to Oscar that we needed the new subfloor level to be ready for our finished flooring, he said no problem and assured me the job would be perfect, so we hired them.
