It was dirty I did not get hand lotion or the hot towel. No hand message. I am happy with my nails the turned out very nice they need to clean. The shop was dirty. The floors sink etc. dusty
A little disappointed. I'm new to the area and I was excited to find a local place. My mom and I walked in and I asked for 2 pedicures. The one worker looked at the clock, even though they don't close until 6pm and it was 2pm, and said she'd see. We sat down and after a few minutes and feeling unwelcomed we left
There was only 2 employees and the 1 was doing the others feet. They left me and the other customers waiting which wasn’t a huge deal except the woman who did the others toes did not wash her hands and was supposed to wax my eyebrows. When we got to the room I said aren’t you going to wash your hands? To which she relied she didn’t give her a pedicure she only gave her color and I told her that’s not what I asked, you were touching her feet. Aren’t you going to wash your hands?
