My furnace blower motor died on me just as the weather started to turn cold for the season. Josh came out and took a look and confirmed it was dying and was able to order a replacement even though my furnace is fairly old. Service was great, fast, and friendly. Price was very VERY reasonable. When I replace my full furnace to bring it up to date I will be going with OK. They have earned a lifetime customer! Highly recommend! Thanks Josh!
had problems with the furnace not kicking on, called, they came a few hours later, diagnosed it, fixed it, done. Easy and they were very reasonable. Recommend them.

I thought I needed a new furnace because of a failure occurring in my current unit. I contacted two companies and received quotes for $2000-$3000 for the repairs. My furnace is 12 years old and not inexpensive so I was not very happy about this. It was a coin toss as to whether to fix or replace.
