I had ordered a special flower arrangement from another shop. Had been trying to get this arrangement for several days. The other shops disappointed me terribly and I canceled the order. Amanda answered when I called. She could hear how stressed I was as this was for my anniversary. She calmly asked me what I wanted and paid particular attention to my details.
