Very professional, knowledgeable, great sense of humor. Thorough dermatalogical skin/ body evaluation.
The ladies and gents are friendly and take care of any needs. Darcy was Dr. On's right hand helper and was efficient in getting procedures ready. I really like that. The lobby is clean and lots of room for the patients looking at the walls filled with pics of love.
Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful, alert, and ready to help. The PA did the exam in in a very professional manner. He did the exam in a very relaxed manner that made me feel comfortable and confident in him afterwards. PA O. Jay On made the whole exam such that I felt I had received the very beast exam I could hope for.
Absolutely love the people in this practice everyone is friendly and accommodating.
They helped me to not feel anxious and did a good job numbing the area so I didn't feel pain. I could use more advice on keeping a bandage on the area.
