I was very pleased with the yearly service tune-up I received for $300 in October. The tech was great and when he left everything was good. Two days later the generator stopped running when power went out in the area. It was a part related to oil pressure that failed just two days after the yearly tuneup. I was happy that O.J. Mann came right out to fix it. But I was very surprised and disappointed that this visit cost as much as the tuneup, just under $300. Wow. We have had OJ Mann for two years to service the generator and the technicians are great. On time, explain what they are doing and fair priced. Highly recommend.
