Overpriced n did not allow competitive bids by threat of $400 initial call not authorized or approved. Tenant initiated initial call. Did not honor fixed contract price of $980 n charging sales tax. Failed to provide agreed pictures to show completed work under the floor sewer line. which is difficult to inspect.Contractor does not show honesty n good faith work. He is brother in law of tenant n as landlord, supposedly to be trusted, his ethics sucks. Be extra careful hiring this plumber. Not certified by top contractors web... read more
