I like the place and even had my mother's bday in their back room. I was there with my wife last night. A lady named "AUGIE" who was the MANAGER. It was going to be our first time trying their sushi bar. I told Augie pls give us your best sushi chef. She didnt really even say anything and just sat us down by the kitchen door where every 20 seconds someone went by and said "corner". I said it to her again to make sure she heard me. The service was extremely rude. I called 4–5 times trying to place a pickup order and no one answered. When someone finally picked up, they impatiently told me to “wait a moment” and then basically put me on hold without any explanation. I ended up waiting for 7 minutes. I originally just wanted to give this place a try, but the experience was so bad that I gave up. Very unprofessional and frustrating. Would not recommend.
Food: some of the dishes were good but overall I felt like the sushi and rice weren’t the best quality Service: the servers didn’t seem very enthusiastic or friendly. Food took quite a long time to come out Ambiance: we were in a room that was quite warm and stuffy, and the overall aesthetic wasn’t as nice as I was expecting
Love this place! A favorite lunch spot - service is always really good and the food is amazing. They have good lunch specials and their regular menu is delicious too. They can take larger groups too! Highly recommend.
