RecommendedAmazing team! We called with a possible foreign body in the gut and a lethargic and sick puppy and we were being evaluated within an hour of calling, they squeezed us in again in the morning for follow up and ended up performing abdominal surgery on my poor baby. Erika and Dr Lindsay, and everyone else who helped in even the smallest of ways, were professional but caring and thorough. Costs are explained prior to procedures as well so no surprises.
My baby girl had to get fixed and because of how well things went, Lola was able to recover quickly. I will be taking my new baby to him in the coming months to get fixed as well. If you want a decent vet who knows what he's doing, look no further! 💯💯
No one was wearing a mask today at my dog's appointment - not the receptionists and not the veterinary technicians. I noticed the receptionists weren't wearing masks and so I asked if the vets wore masks in the exam room because I did not want to be in an enclosed space with someone not wearing a mask. I was told the vets just come to the door. Then once I was in the exam room the veterinary technician walked in and began the appointment and she was not wearing a mask. I highly recommend O’Fallon Vet. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and caring. We recently had to put down my fur baby and when we received her ashes, we also receive a card with special notes from everyone in the office. It was very touching and shows how much they care for their patients and their families❤️.
