The technician did a great job installing, programming and explaining the features of the garage door opener.
I had a broken spring repaired today. Replaced with two new springs I assume on the weekends I guess they use subcontractors the guy that they sent out to repair my door was not prepared to do the job. He was not able to get the bolts out of the old springs so I did it for him. He did not have the right bolts to go back into the spring, so I gave him some that I had in my garage. He also didn’t even have the right wrench to get them tight when he put it back together, so I had to help him and loan him some of my tools. but w... read more
Great company and very responsive. I called about an issue with my garage door and they showed up within an hour or two. My technician, ODed was great like above and beyond great! He reviewed some things for me to take into consideration for the future to prevent any other issues and was just very pleasant to work with and talk to. He made the overall experience a great one. I recommend this company Hands-down But, I must say I highly recommend this technician. He is phenomenal.
My garage door won't open, so I called the company and a technician came within the 2 hour window . He explained everything and gave me different options for repair without pressure. He was able to fix the problem in few minutes. He did great job. Thanks for the prompt response.
Overpriced. Did the job quickly but you can probably find someone cheaper.
