The company said they would fix the roof and a side of the house due to damage from hail. They fixed the roof but is refusing to fix the side of the house they said they would and are demanding payment and denying that they said that beforehand. They are refusing to show us the signed paperwork where it says they will change the side of the house along with the roof.
Of course they came around after a major storm so we figured let's give it a go! They looked at the roof, said 100% they could get us a new roof, siding, gutters by working with our insurance, all we had to do was collaborate and sign. Insurance viewed area with ODB worker and responded back "claim denied no storm damage." ODB worker Max said he would fight for it, he sure didn't. Nothing but crickets. Our initial evaluation of our roof by someone after a hail storm in ‘25 stated “I would be surprised if any roof was done in this area”. We reached out to O’Danny Boy after we saw multiple roofs being replaced in our neighborhood after the hail storm. Dean Feley left his card on our door and we reached out for a second opinion. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a roofer. They redid my roof 9 years ago... A new contractor looked at it and showed me the numerous problems, including cutting off roof vents and shingling over them. SHINGLING OVER THEM. REALLY??? So if you want corners cut at your expense, then these guys are for you. I would rate at a zero if I could. That was several years ago but it burns me that now I have to spend even more money to fix the shoddy work they did the first time. Thanks for nothing.
