Just got off the phone with Mr. Bill Barry at O’Connell oil. He hung up on me when I told him his tech that came out in April never did the work I paid $250 for him to do. He told me I wasn’t a licensed technician and didn’t know what I was talking about. When I told him it was HIS OWN TECH that told me it wasn’t done properly he quickly hung up. Please warn everyone that O’Connell Oil will absolutely take your money, but they won’t fix your furnace as they are supposed to. Mr. Barry would rather belittle you over the phone ... read more

The Stockbridge station has the worst employees, no coffee, hot food not hot, no soup and always have to have milk or half and half filled. Sure do miss Mary. She kept everything ready. Wont be going there anymore. Very disappointed
Shutting down stations without letting the employees know of the closure is hella scummy. Buying stations and then promptly closing them down is also very scummy. Limiting the choices of decent quality fuel aside, treating your employees like garbage doesn't sit well for those of us in the working class.
Went in to get gas super long line(Cheshire store 5/22) and the girl at the counter was too busy socializing as well as super slow, so I left and took my business elsewhere......wont be back and I'm in that area almost daily
