Civil engineering practices and designs are subpar. Water retention plans appear to look good on paper, but unfortunately this firm is negligent in walking job sites, which ensures there designs do not function in reality. Neil, the owner, refused to come onsite to assess his design and neglected to offer solutions when the design failed to work. We wasted thousands of dollars to design a water retention system under our driveway that doesn’t work—find another engineer.

I have spoken with O'Connell about my sliding glass doors Leaking at Shoreline Towers a number of times before and after install. I missed the deadline, because of no returned calls and texts from 2 or 3 different management companies. I pointed out to 5 people that there was no caulk on outside of storm doors. It took workers 3 days to fix it. I asked for a pressure test, THEY SAID NO. Because I had so much water come in from the old doors, I bought hurricane screens.
