Horrible....saw Jesse for the chair massage and maybe it's the holiday fatigue but getting frustrated at the customer's clothing and being obvious about frustration is not ok, and is extremely unprofessional....have been going for years but there has been a decline in care.....gave a few extra chances but don't like wasting my money either....won't be back. Lots of massage places around and found a gem Just Relax off Bowles
A delightful find! I hadn't been SW Plaza in a long time. After having lunch with a friend, I went on "walkabout" and found O Chi Spa, and got a wonderful chair massage. Not only the massage but the vibe is so relaxing. I'll be back!
Horrible experience! I definitely won’t be going back at least for a while if ever?
I walked in a random day and they were not busy and I was seen right away by an Asian man that named himself Black. He is a highly skilled chi practitioner who removed blockages from me that were sitting there for years. It was intense , but it was really good. He has a great knowledge base and has intuitive touch. I’ve seen others but he was the only one able to remove the blockages.
