I went in with the intentions of getting a nice comfortable relaxing experience and I got the opposite. I first started with a leg massage for 40 minutes and he was really rough with me. I had to tell him three times to please be gentle then it was time for my 20 minute shoulder arms and head massage and he was so rough that the chair I was sitting on was literally lifting from the floor. Usually I love the massages there, but not today. The employees were all talking amongst themselves so it was hard to relax. Also, that made my person very distracted

I came there to get an hour massage on 12/23/25. I work on my feet all day and my body was really needing this massage. During my massage, my therapist and other therapist were talking loud. While working on my upper body, another therapist started to massage my feet for 10 seconds and asked if I wanted to pay for a foot massage. I declined. Then the therapist stopped but the therapist that was working on my feet and other therapist started laughing loudly. A massage should be relaxing and comfortable for the customer.
