In a nut shell. They want to force their dealer add ons on you. Some of which already come with the vehicle when it comes off the truck. If they give you top dollar for your trade. It’s only if you take the the dealer add ons. Or they’ll devalue your trade if you don’t take the add ons. Very bad experience there. Look elsewhere
