I drilled a screw through my finger and the Merredin Hospital was brilliant in cleaning it. They took a photo and emailed it to RPH and the surgeon decided he wanted to look at it for infection. The next day, including 2 days accommodation, plus meals and a 8 hr round trip I waited in the waiting room on O block, just for the nurse to take a photo and wait most of the day for the surgeon to give me the all clear. The staff at the plastics clinic were incredibly kind, caring, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. Their professionalism and genuine compassion really stood out. Thanks so much.
It's a short walking distance from RPH main building, recommended to ride a bus from train station as parking is limited moreover it's difficult to find one
They are kind, but the waiting time is just ridiculous.
