It's a short walking distance from RPH main building, recommended to ride a bus from train station as parking is limited moreover it's difficult to find one

The receptionists at the outpatient clinic are the rudest people I’ve ever come across. Completely inconsiderate to the sick patients, including my mother with cancer, and loudly discussing inappropriate topics and laughing ridiculously loud. I understand it may be a long day but for god sakes have a little consideration for the patients here and be bloody quieter about it. The way they speak to patients lacks all empathy and respect.
